Realizing the potential for food services due to the fast growing commercial activities in and around Delhi NCR, DėėZ has taken a modest entry by putting up a state of the art mechanized kitchen using latest food production equipments imported from Germany and various other parts of the world to cater the bulk cooking of its food products and supply of the same to all its outlets and customers. Keeping in mind that the kitchen is the heart of all F&B operations, it has been designed to deliver hygienic and quality food for up to 10,000 persons at a time. Constant R&D is done at DėėZ kitchens to improve the quality, cooking methods and hygiene.

All Ingredients are bought in bulk and stored in Cold Rooms wherever necessary. Fresh male goat-meat and broiler chicken weighing 700-750 gm are used, strictly no beef, no pork or any other meat is used. Long grain rice of highest quality is used sourced only from the best brands like Daawat, Kohinoor, Adani & Aeroplane. Only whole spices and high quality ingredients are procured and are grounded in house in Bulk Tilting Grinders. No artificial or synthetic colours are used in any preparation at the DėėZ Kitchen. Samples from random production batches is tested in the in-house laboratory to be of the highest quality.

DėėZ has recently launched a Heart Healthy Biryani developed in association with Dr. Anil Dhall, a leading cardiologist. It is made with Olive Oil, Brown Rice, Guchhi and fresh exotic vegetables, and has become a huge success with health conscious foodies. Next in line is the introduction of niche dishes made from Stress free Partridge (Desi Chicken), for which partridge farming activity has already begun since last two years at their own organic farm at UP.
